Shipping Policy
We will ship fully insured with tracking to CONUS only.
To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.
Shipping fees listed are only for sales within the CONUS.
International sales only negotiated on individual basis and Ragin' Guitars reserves the right to decline any such sales, offers or shipping.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 1 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 9%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 1 days of delivery, only in case of shipping damage.
All used item sales are final. No returns. Please review pix and listing notes carefully prior to orders.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any original shipping charges and less the Restocking fees.
Damaged shipped containers and/or contents must be photographed at time of receipt and retained as per insurance requirements for validation of claims.
In case of damaged shipment, All original damaged items and containers, must be sent back after documenting and photographing damaged state upon receipt.
Guitars are shipped AS IS and they are photographed and messaged to you via Reverb right before shipment.
Please be aware that guitars may need to be adjusted after shipping ,
especially in cold or hot weather.
Buyer is responsible for set ups, adjustments, re stringing and/or any other alterations/customization.
If you decide to put a hold on a delivery, you assume ALL responsibility for delays, lost items and there will be no returns/refunds honored, except clearly documented carrier caused damages.
All Used items' return policy are sold "As-Described" and “As Is” and not eligible for a return.
